Merchvilla Social ECommerce Pvt Ltd (the “Company”) operates a web/mobile application, “Merchvilla Social ECommerce,” and a website, https://www.mysmartpapa.com. The App and the Website shall be collectively referred to as the “Platform.” These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of or access to the Platform and the services provided through the Platform (collectively, the “Services”).
