Cancellation and Refund Policy

New, unused items purchased through www.mysmartpapa.com or any of its subdomains/microsites, that are eligible for return, may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. We do not accept returns after 7 days. All items must be unused and in pristine condition with all original tags and packaging intact. You can request a return through the Orders tab in your account. The returns option will be available for 7 days from the date of delivery.

PROCEDURE

  1. Return Request:
    To initiate a return, go to the Orders page in your account and select the return option within 7 days of the delivery date. You can also email your issue along with the required proof to help@mysmartpapa.com.
  2. Packing and Shipping:
    Once your return request has been accepted, please pack the item securely to prevent loss or damage during transit. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  3. Refund Process:
    After receiving the returned item and completing all necessary quality checks, we will process the refund. The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. It may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Condition of Items: Refunds are not possible if the returned item has been used, damaged, or altered in any way from the condition in which it was shipped. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customer Responsibility: Goods returned will be at the customer’s expense. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
